In our custom office garden rooms we prioritise quality and durability in each design. Every build is constructed from 100mm SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) across the walls, floor and roof. Other standard inclusions for your garden offices include:

Weatherproofing – Fully lined with both a Damp Proof Membrane and a Breathable Membrane to ensure long-lasting protection against moisture and condensation.

Custom Glazing – UPVC windows and doors supplied in your chosen size, style, and colour to match your preferences and maximise natural light.

Boundary Compliance – Any side of the structure within 1 metre of a boundary is finished with fire-rated metal sheeting to meet building regulation standards.

Roofline Finish – Includes durable, low-maintenance UPVC fascias, soffits and guttering for a clean, modern exterior.

Interior Walls – Plastered internal finish provided as standard for a smooth, professional look. Flooring and skirting quoted separately.

Well what can I say.... The team were absolutely perfect. They kept me in contact through all stages of the build, including contacting the subcontractors for plastering and electricals. The only they they were unable to do was get my ethernet ran through the attic to the garden office, but they did run it until the last point before a ladder was required! Dan and team did such a great job. The frame was up in one day as they were able to cut the SIPs in the yard. They managed to get me bifold doors at a discount, which helped with finances too. Great leeway where needed and EXCELLENT budget consciousness from the team. They built exactly what I wanted, for exactly as much as I was willing to pay Incredible work.
