Rendered SIP Extension Installation

A homeowner required a compact and contemporary extension that would integrate smoothly with their existing property. We delivered a 3.7m by 2.7m SIP extension finished with a clean rendered exterior.

The build incorporates French doors, skylights, a fully plastered interior, complete electrical installation and EPDM rubber roofing. Each element was selected to suit the client’s requirements and to ensure the space felt bright, modern and practical.

As with all our SIP projects, the extension was designed and built to measure, providing an efficient and durable addition to the property.
