Garden Room Learning Area in the West Midlands

A school in the West Midlands needed a practical year round learning space. We delivered a 17m by 5m garden room that provides a bright and functional environment for pupils and staff.

The exterior features Canadian Red Western Cedar cladding, Anthracite Grey double glazed UPVC windows and French doors, a single external fire door, EPDM rubber roofing and a front access ramp with railings supported by all required groundworks and structural engineering.

Inside, the room includes partitioned areas for a storage cupboard and toilet, a small kitchenette and full internal and external lighting plus plumbing and drainage. The space is finished with plastered and painted walls along with high quality flooring and skirting.

The result is a durable and well equipped garden room tailored to the school’s everyday needs.
