All our garden rooms and SIP extensions are come equipped with UPVC fascias, soffits and guttering.

The components help protect the roofline by directing rainwater away from your building, while keeping the structure well-ventilated and looking smart.

UPVC doesn’t rot, warp or require painting and it stands up well to the ever-changing weather, making it ideal for your fascias, soffits and guttering.

Our buildings can be designed with EPDM rubber roofs, as well as pent or apex roof styles, depending on the look you want and the structure you choose. We also offer roof overhangs (1–2ft) and canopy extensions to add extra shelter and give the front of your building a more defined, architectural feel.

These features work hand-in-hand with the uPVC roofline system to create a clean, durable and well-protected finish.

You can also choose the colour and style of your UPVC fascias, soffits and guttering, giving you plenty of freedom to personalise the look of your garden building.

With this level of customisation, you can match the appearance of your home, your other UPVC window and door fixtures or whatever else that makes your new build look and feel uniquely yours.

UPVC Fascias, Soffits and Guttering FAQs

Why do I need fascias, soffits and guttering for my garden building?

Fascias and soffits finish the edge of your roof and protect the structure from weather exposure, while your guttering directs rainwater away from the building.

Together, they help your garden room or SIP extension stay dry and clean, as well as well-ventilated.

Does the roofline come pre-fitted or installed on-site?

It’s installed on-site by our team once the main structure is assembled. This ensures a neat, accurate fit tailored to your specific building.

Are the fascias and soffits ventilated?

Yes, proper ventilation is built into the design to help your garden building structure to breathe and support long-term insulation.

Is the guttering connected to a soakaway or existing drainage system?

This will depend on your site. Our team will advise the best drainage solution during planning phase of your build, ensuring everything is installed correctly once construction begins.

Will the roofline match the windows and doors?

You can choose a colour for your UPVC fascias, soffits and guttering that matches your windows and doors.

This can be applied to both UPVC window and door fixtures, as well as or optional aluminium bi-fold door upgrades.

Well what can I say.... The team were absolutely perfect. They kept me in contact through all stages of the build, including contacting the subcontractors for plastering and electricals. The only they they were unable to do was get my ethernet ran through the attic to the garden office, but they did run it until the last point before a ladder was required! Dan and team did such a great job. The frame was up in one day as they were able to cut the SIPs in the yard. They managed to get me bifold doors at a discount, which helped with finances too. Great leeway where needed and EXCELLENT budget consciousness from the team. They built exactly what I wanted, for exactly as much as I was willing to pay Incredible work.

I had a single door on the front and French doors at the back opening onto the garden. The build also included insulation, electrics, heating and plastering. Can't recommend the team at Green Leaf enough! From our initial discussions with Katie to getting the plan written up and then getting the work done in 2 days! Dan was very precise and kept to the schedule, although they quoted us until the end of the week but they completed the foundations and build with 2 days!!!
