Combi Summer House with Attached Shed

A homeowner required a summer house that could make effective use of an awkwardly shaped garden while providing both a leisure area and practical storage. We installed a 3.9m by 2.4m tapered combi design that incorporates a separate shed to maximise functionality.

Key features include an internal partition wall, UPVC French doors with full height windows, a UPVC single door, insulation, EPDM rubber roofing and a plaster boarded interior. Additional options such as plastering and electrics were available to tailor the space further.

As with all our bespoke builds, the structure was designed to fit the exact dimensions and layout of the client’s garden, ensuring an efficient and well finished result.

This project shows how a custom summer house can provide both comfort and storage within a compact footprint while making the most of a challenging garden shape.
