Rendered SIP Extension in Birmingham

A client in Birmingham required a larger extension that would create additional usable space for their home within a defined footprint. We delivered a 6m by 3m SIP extension built entirely to their specifications.

The structure features a rendered exterior, UPVC windows and doors, full plastering, electrical installation, a partition to form two separate rooms, EPDM rubber roofing and a skylight to enhance natural light. Each element was selected to suit the client’s layout and functional needs.

As with all our SIP projects, the extension was designed, built and installed to measure, providing a durable and efficient addition to the property.
